The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.

If you become a customer, we may also collect records related to estimates, contracts, scheduling, installation, warranties, payments and customer service. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for a roofing inquiry.

We may also receive limited technical information automatically from your browser, device, hosting provider or measurement tools used on the website.

7. Estimate forms and Formspree

ROOFNOW estimate and contact forms may use Formspree as the form-processing service. When you submit a form, the information entered may be transmitted to Formspree, processed through its systems and delivered to ROOFNOW by email, dashboard or another configured method.

Formspree handles information under its own privacy policy. Depending on provider operations, personal information may be processed or stored outside Ontario or Canada and may therefore be subject to the laws of another jurisdiction.

This website is intended for property owners, customers and adults seeking roofing information. It is not directed to children. Minors should not submit personal information or request services without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

13. External websites and social platforms

Our website may link to manufacturers, educational resources, social media and other third-party websites. A link does not make ROOFNOW responsible for that party’s privacy, security or content. Review the privacy policy of each external service before providing personal information.
